The Syracuse University Symphony Orchestra (SUSO) will present a concert Sunday, Sept. 23, at 7 p.m. in the Rose and Jules R. Setnor Auditorium, Crouse College. The concert is free and open to the public. Free and accessible parking is available on campus in the Q1 lot. Additional parking is available in the Irving Garage. Campus parking availability is subject to change; contact 443-2191 for current information.
The SUSO performs under the direction of James Tapia, associate professor in the Rose, Jules R. and Stanford S. Setnor School of Music, and will feature Matthew Scinto, graduate conductor, and Caroline Stinson, violoncello soloist. The program will include Ouvertüre Die Zauberharfe by Schubert, Concerto for ‘Cello and Orchestra by Lutoslawski and Symphony No. 5 in E minor, op. 64, by Tchaikovsky.
