Spend time outside.
With the warm weather approaching us, there are many opportunities to spend time outside on our beautiful campus and the surrounding neighborhood! Have a picnic in Walnut Park, watch the sunset at Thornden Park, or even do some homework on the promenade! Whether you’re just going on a walk around campus with your roommate or taking advantage of the gym and fitness classes offered at the , there are many opportunities here on campus to get your body moving!

Catch up on sleep!
Although this seems like an obvious, we sometimes forget the importance of resting and getting a good night’s sleep. Getting a good night’s sleep does not only benefit you physically but it improves your mood and your ability to concentrate. Take this day off as an opportunity to sleep a few hours in!
